You consent to receiving research reports, service updates, and compliance communications via WhatsApp, Telegram, and Email on your registered contact details. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by writing to us.
5. Grievance Mechanism Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that KM Research Analyst has a grievance redressal mechanism and will respond within 7 working days. Unresolved grievances can be escalated to SEBI SCORES and disputes resolved via SEBI SMART ODR.
6. Prohibited Representations Acknowledgement
You confirm that KM Research Analyst has not made any representations of guaranteed or assured returns on investments, any promise of specific profit percentages, or any claim of being a SEBI-licensed stock broker or portfolio manager.

By subscribing and making payment, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted this consent and all related compliance documents.
