Please Read CarefullyThese are the Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC) governing your subscription to research services provided by KM Research Analyst (SEBI RA INH000016977). By subscribing, you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. Nature of Service

KM Research Analyst provides research reports and recommendations only. This is not portfolio management, investment advisory, or stock broking. All recommendations are based on publicly available information and independent research.

2. Who Can Subscribe

Any adult Indian resident investor (18 years or above)
You must have a valid Demat account and PAN card
NRIs and foreign nationals should check applicable laws before subscribing
You must be capable of bearing the risk of loss

3. Risk Disclosure

Important Risk WarningTrading in F&O (Futures & Options), especially intraday, carries very high risk and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose your entire invested capital. Past performance of recommendations does not guarantee future results.

Equity investments are subject to market, sector, and company-specific risks
Nifty Options intraday trading carries high leverage risk
You should only invest capital you can afford to lose
Always use stop losses as mentioned in the research note

4. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are prepaid and non-transferable
Service starts from the date of payment confirmation
Research is delivered via WhatsApp / Telegram / Email as agreed
Number of calls per month is indicative and not guaranteed
Subscription fees are exclusive of GST (18%)

5. Client Obligations

Provide accurate KYC information at time of onboarding
Not share research content with non-subscribers (copyright infringement)
Make investment decisions at your own discretion and risk
Inform us promptly of any change in contact details
Not use our research for any commercial redistribution

6. Our Obligations

Deliver research based on publicly available, independently analysed information
Disclose conflicts of interest, if any, in research reports
Respond to client grievances within 7 working days
Maintain client confidentiality as per SEBI regulations
Not guarantee returns or profits on any recommendation

7. Prohibited Representations

KM Research Analyst will never: promise guaranteed returns or assured profits; ask you to transfer funds to any personal account; claim to be a SEBI-regulated stock broker or portfolio manager; or provide tips via unofficial channels not disclosed at onboarding.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a subscription without refund if a client is found to be redistributing research content, using abusive language with our team, or misrepresenting our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Your City, Maharashtra, and may be resolved via SEBI SMART ODR.
