2. Common Fraud Tactics — Beware

• 🚩 Promising guaranteed returns or "assured profits" — SEBI-registered analysts are prohibited from making such claims
• 🚩 Asking you to transfer money to a personal bank account or UPI ID
• 🚩 Claiming to be our representative without any verifiable credentials
• 🚩 Contacting you from unofficial numbers or unknown Telegram/WhatsApp accounts
• 🚩 Asking for your Demat login, trading password, or OTP
• 🚩 Creating fake websites or social media pages impersonating us
• 🚩 Offering "free tips" first, then demanding payment via cryptocurrency or gift cards

3. How to Verify Our Authenticity

• Check our SEBI Registration: Visit www.sebi.gov.in and search for RA INH000016977
• Check BSE Enlistment: Visit BSE website and verify Enlistment No. 6240
• Only make payments to officially disclosed bank accounts with proper receipt
• Always get a subscription agreement / acknowledgement in writing

4. What KM Research Analyst Will NEVER Do

• Never ask for your trading account login credentials or OTP
• Never promise specific percentage returns or guaranteed profits
• Never ask for payment via cryptocurrency, gift cards, or foreign transfers
• Never operate from unverified social media accounts
• Never threaten you or create urgency to invest immediately
