2. About the Service
KM Research Analyst is a SEBI Registered Research Analyst providing equity and derivatives research reports and recommendations. We are not a stock broker, portfolio manager, or investment adviser under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.
3. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
- You must have a valid PAN card and Demat account
- You must be an Indian resident (or NRI complying with applicable laws)
4. Intellectual Property
All research reports, recommendations, analysis, content, and materials provided by KM Research Analyst are the intellectual property of Krishnamurti / KM Research Analyst. You may not share, redistribute, resell, publish or broadcast our recommendations to any third party or reproduce content for commercial purposes.
5. Research Methodology
All research is based on publicly available information including company filings, stock exchange data, news, and technical analysis tools. We use technical analysis (chart patterns, indicators, price action), fundamental analysis (financial ratios, earnings, sector outlook), and risk management frameworks (stop loss, target levels).
6. Limitation of Liability
KM Research Analyst and Krishnamurti shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on our research, trading losses incurred based on our recommendations, errors or omissions in research reports, delays in research delivery due to technical issues, or actions of third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram).

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Your City, Maharashtra. Disputes may also be resolved through SEBI SMART ODR as per SEBI circular.
